2 weeks ago I became the owner of a rescue dog, part shitsu part pamarainian (sp?) he is 3 years old, very sweet, loveable, wonderful personality, I love him, but his barking drives me INSANE. Do these collars really work?????
The very minute I let her outside to go potty, she starts barking and barks non stop until I let her back in. What is this little dog thinking? She barks until it about makes me crazy on and on and on. Makes me feel like paddling her butt with a newspaper. She just will not shut up and when I let her out at 5 am before I go to work, I am sure the neigbors do not appreciate her barking. What to do?

I have 2 dogs that bark everytime the wind blows. I’ve tried lots of options including professional training but nothing seems to last or work. I’ve tried several collars from Petsmart, including the one that sprays the chemical but that method didn’t last long either.
