okay so my pitbull mimi wont quit barking these neighbors that live a couple doors down just came like 30 minutes ago and it is like 11 o’clock here in california and this dog wont stop her barking and i really dont know what to do its my sisters dog. its like constint and its at the stupidist things like she barks at the hose umm water and food bowl she knocks all the food and water out i mean what do i do we where thinking a shock collar???
