I have 2 dogs. ANd they love to play and rough house, but one of the dogs likes to play bark at the other. This only happens when they are playing that she barks at the other dog.
This is my second barking dog video report against the same neighbor, whose distressed dog, locked in their apartment, will bark constantly for sometimes 90-minutes most mornings, especially worse on Sunday mornings when I need to sleep in.
