how do get my dog to stop barking?

he barks all the time for any reason. should i buy a barking collar and if i do i dont want those kinds that shock him. also a cheap one is good. anything that distracts him from barking when the neighboors come home.

How can I stop my dog from barking too much?

My dog, who is a little over a year old, barks ALL the time. Whenever we let her out of the house in the morning, she goes to a spot in our garden and barks towards our neighbor’s yard.

How to stop a dog from barking or pulling?

I have a 20 month old west highland terrier, he is a lovely dog but he tends to bark alot, i suppose he is guarding the house because when we are on holiday hes fine, and also when we take him walks and he either sees a cat or a dog in a garden barking [eg rottweilers!] he pulls alot, is there any way to stop them barking or pulling? we have tried a barking collar and a nose pull, neither of them work.

Barking collar?

Is there a barking collar that picks up whines too? My dog whines essessively for no reason even whenb he doesn’t have the collar on and I need to fix the whining problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
